My Goals:
I want to lose weight to be healthy primarily, feel better and have more energy. Of course I would like to look better as well.
My Program:
I am doing Chalene Extreme, walking and whatever else I can or want to do or think of doing. Recently after doing some research found that I would benefit from limiting my carbs. I am limiting my carbs to between 50 and 100 grams per day.
Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Colorado but moved to southern Missouri in 2005. My husband and I make and sell video games for the PC and XBox.
Other Information:
I love to read. I love to read anything that isn't predictable. My favorite author is Stieg Larsson. I like some Dean Koontz novels. I've read the Hunger Games trilogy and like the author. I'm currently reading 50 Shades Of Grey.
