January 2016 Goals: 1. Lose 5 pounds at least. 2. Keep tracking each and every thing. 3. Keep calories on or below target. 4. Walk or job as much as possible. 5. Do some sort of other work out each and every day. 6. Keep improving! *YOU CAN DO IT!!
