September Goals: 1. Lose 5-7 pounds at least. 2. Keep tracking each and every thing. 3. Keep calories in below target. 4. Walk at least 2-3, miles every day. 5. Do some sort of other work out each and every day. 6. Rededicate time to complete my schooling. *YOU CAN DO IT!!
Changing up my program is apparently required as the scale has stopped...again. If I want it to keep going I need adjust. Will implement changes and see how they work.
