Setting Fitness Goals

I lost 120 lbs by working with a personal trainer. My goal weight is 150, so I still have 15 lbs to lose. Besides the gym, I also joined Crossfit. I did my first 5k today (31:45 min). I signed up for my first mud race, Sprint Spartan Race on 11/2/13. I would like to do a triathlon in June 2014.
