I try to keep the grams of food for the day at 80% fat, 15% protein and 5% carbs. Using that keto calculator . I will go back after a 20 lbs loss and adjust again. This year I am restarting again because I gained back all the weight I lost because I went back to old eating habits when someone else was doing the cooking and my own personal issues. So I am back getting my health back in order again.
