Although my title states that I want to be I now realize that I have to be healthy and I know that it will only happen when I change my life. I am so thankful for all the help that I have received from Spark and its many followers. I have changed several things about my lifestyle but know that I need to really get involved. I want to live a long life and a full and complete life. So Kaytee stills wants to be but now she is going to be.

My Goals:
I will be healthy and will require less medication and doctor visits and not more. I want to lose weight and change my eating habits for good.

My Program:
Move more and sit less. Get my carb addiction under control. Drink more water and less diet soda.

Personal Information:
I live in Jonesboro Georgia and I love to read and travel and spend time with my friends. Right now I am retired after working 31 years and have had several parttime jobs.

Thanks for the reminder that it really doesn't matter how fast it comes off just that it comes off, and to keep moving no matter what. Sometimes I just get so frustrated with my age and with my limitations. I guess it is just hard getting old for me. But we all will do it sooner or latter. I just wish the sooner would not get her too soon! emoticon
