My Journey to Better Health

I'm a woman in my mid-fifties. I was very athletic when younger, but stress, a sedentary job, and body changes have taken their toll. I need more energy for my job and my life. My goals: Get stronger, get fitter, lose at least 30 lbs.
I changed the title of my page, because my journey isn't always healthy, but I'm planning that the destination will be!

My Goals:
Main Goal: Lose 35 lbs using healthy food and beverage choices, plus the addition of an active lifestyle.

Food program:
As of 11/10/13 - I am following Bob Harper's Skinny Rules. It's strict, but reasonable to fit into a lifestyle!
Exercise program: FitBit Flex!!! 10K steps per day. I need to add some ST, yoga and Pilates to round it out.

Personal Information:
I work in the technical field, but in my free time my fierce hobbies are sewing and performing (singing and acting). I'd like to take a dance class as well.

It's a whole new world this Virtual assistant thing - but I hope to come up with something that will stand out. I liked my SOS (to the rescue motto) - but now that it's more of a virtual thing - not so sure that one works as well. It's also a matter of searching to see what is already out there so I can be original and something catchy.

Thanks for my soup goodie! That's what I just had for supper tonight. I haven't been able to eat much of anything since last Tuesday (terrible stomach bug!!!) Hoping to be back to normal REAL soon!
