I am 26 years old living in Alabama with the love of my life whom I married 7 years ago and our fur babies. I have alawys been overweight. I was heavy all throughout my younger years and have fought to keep my weight in check. In undergrad I did a pretty good job. When it came to med school and starting residency I failed miserably. Eating nothing but take out and cafeteria food for years is not easy on the thighs. Now, I am DONE. I am DONE being the fat girl at work....I am DONE looking to ...

I am DONE being the fat girl at work....I am DONE looking to food as a stress reliever and quick fix....I am DONE letting vending machine food wreck my waist....I am DONE feeling sorry for myself....And I am DONE making excuses. No one is going to make these changes except for me.
