January 2016 Continuing 2016 with that "Lifestyle Change" verses "Diet"! Goals for the year are to: Get Toned Build Muscle Lose Weight Feel Better -Mentally Stay Healthy Areas of my body I would love to see a change in this year: Arms Thighs Tummy Started the Vi Shake 2X a day plan with one meal and one snack on 1/19/16. The last 18 day I was lowering my daily calorie count so that the change would be easy on my body and mind. Plan to continue waking, cycling, lifting weights, ...
