Lifestyle Change

I am on my LIfestyle Change Journey this year ((2012)) and making progress ....the weight is staying off and I am feeling better everyday. Blood pressure medication dosage was lowered. Hoping to be off it by this Winter! Having the Husband on this Journey with me has helped me alot. Thinking that is the key to my success this year.....
