Realistic Lifestyle

8/23/2014: I'm back as I have regained the 25lbs I had lost 2 years ago.

How did that happen??? I did the Tough Mudder in Sept '12 and injured my shoulder. Totally stopped working out and planning my meals. Then I accepted a manager posistion at a floral & garden center in March of '13. It added stress with a sporatic schedule and eatting whatever.

July 2014 I resigned from my manager position, got a new job closer to home, no weekends and a regular schedule. ...

2010: I was an average weight until i reached 30. Gained and lost weight with a couple weight loss programs, but never maintained or changed my habits. The pictures from my family vacation trip in July 2010 was my turning point. Started mentally preparing myself and have made changes slowly.
All in all, I'm doing things that are realistic for me to maintain.
I still enjoy treats and dessert, just in moderation.
I'll have an exercise program that I'll enjoy, not dread.
I would like to loose 4-5 lbs a month till I reach my goal, which means being more diligent with my food tracking and exercise.
I believe I can reach these goals.
