Realistic Lifestyle

I was an average weight until i reached 30. Gained and lost weight with a couple weight loss programs, but never maintained or changed my habits. The pictures from my family vacation trip in July 2010 was my turning point. Started mentally preparing myself and have made changes slowly.
All in all, I'm doing things that are realistic for me to maintain.
I still enjoy treats and dessert, just in moderation.
I'll have an exercise program that I'll enjoy, not dread. ...

I would like to loose 4-5 lbs a month till I reach my goal, which means being more diligent with my food tracking and exercise.
I believe I can reach these goals.

It doesnít matter that you messed up on your fitness goals; what matters is that you donít let another day go by before getting back into action. Donít wait until the end of the month or the beginning of next week or even tomorrow. Start creating your brand new ending today.
