Just keep in mind to avoid things touching or working your stomach - lying leg lifts, clams, warrior 2 pose, or left gate poses, or kneeling side planks - all of that is fine and the lying leg lifts and circles and clams will help lose stomach - you can do 40-60 minutes each day but break exercises into 8-20 minutes and break AS YOU NEED TO, and walks, try for 0.5 - 1 mile walks every or every other day. Exercise is good, just not too much, not too hard, not too fast, try and make them feel more like stretches than exercises.
