My Goals:
- lose 50 lbs
- run a 5k in 30 minutes
- run a 5k with my 6-year-old

My Program:
I would love to adopt a total Clean Eating lifestyle, but no matter how you cut it - it's just not budget friendly. So instead I'm focusing on maintaining a Paleo-inspired diet for each meal. I may not be able to get it organic, but I at least can eliminate processed and packaged foods.

I've also just signed up for CrossFit - I'm still sore.

Personal Information:
I'm a full-time mommy, full-time Business Analyst, and a part-time sailor (Reserves). My life is busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

Just keep in mind to avoid things touching or working your stomach - lying leg lifts, clams, warrior 2 pose, or left gate poses, or kneeling side planks - all of that is fine and the lying leg lifts and circles and clams will help lose stomach - you can do 40-60 minutes each day but break exercises into 8-20 minutes and break AS YOU NEED TO, and walks, try for 0.5 - 1 mile walks every or every other day. Exercise is good, just not too much, not too hard, not too fast, try and make them feel more like stretches than exercises.
