June Goals: Nutrition: - 8 cups of water a day (I have been slacking! About 4-5 cups a day and I need my water since I've been working out a lot!!!) - 2 servings of fruit a day (I am taking Spark's advice... don't cut foods out, aim to make healthy foods a bigger part of your diet.) Fitness: - 500 fitness minutes a week (As long as I have at least this many I am doing great!) - Ride at least 2 times a week (I am going to be paying for the extra day I better make use of it!!) - Strength Training once per week. Weight: - Lose 2-2.5 pounds (I changed my goal to lose 0.5 pounds a week) Personal goals: - Laundry once a week
