Learning to balance life...

10/10/14: Hey SP Family! I totally fell off the face of the earth. I was dealing with some personal issues that made me want to hide away. But I'm doing better now and with more support. 8 lbs down! Woot Woot!

5/7/14: It's been a long time since I've been on here. I have started a new chapter in my life... family and friends.... horses and school... and back to eating and working out! (At least trying but on a break from school until July so here goes!!!)

1/9/14: I'm going back to making weekly goals for myself. I also am going to start making a vision board.

12/13/13: School is over for the next 6 weeks. I am going to develop simple and easy habits to carry over to the next school semester to prevent weight gain!

11/14/13: School has been insane! I really enjoy being in school but it is very time consuming. So now that I have my school routine I would like to start including a healthy lifestyle in it. So here goes...

10/7/13: Back to square one... kind of... I love me... I am who I am... Now my goal is to balance my life!!!

6/17/13: I haven't lost any more weight but I am living life and loving it. Spending a lot of time at the barn. And getting fresh air!

6/5/13: I was so set on losing weight. Even after my 10 pound loss I am having a hard time with myself. I should feel proud for that accomplishment. I am not. I am still getting really worked up about my weight. Well guess what? I can't treat myself right if I don't love myself. That is where my journey is taking me right now...

5/9/13: I need to stop worrying about my weight. My new focus is Fitness Minutes. I want to do at least 500 minutes a week. And making conscious food choices.

4/19/13: 10 pounds lost.... Finally, I have never made this on SP before. I am very happy. I have another 4 weeks to lose 3 pounds to make it to my next reward... new outfit here I come!!!

12/12/12: My name is Cassandra. I am 23 years old and am 5'0. I am looking to lose 38lbs. My starting weight is 168 and I would like to reach 130 (or a size 7 whichever comes first). I have the support I need. Taking this step by step.

Well yeah, it's all relative! LOL. I am starting to really watch what I eat and make more healthy decisions. It feels good to write it down and see it on my calendar. My mistakes make me more disciplined and responsible. We are possibly going to Jamaica. Crossing my fingers! I weigh and track everyday. I do this because it makes me more accountable to what I eat and do. I know I will fluctuate ESPECIALLY around the ToM. Otherwise I am steadily going downward and staying on target! Yes, let me know about the challenge group! I just wish I could be more accountable on here. You keep me on here and checking most everyday. It is hard without a decent computer at home and no keyboard for the tablet. Hope you have a great Thursday evening! emoticon -Anna

Good Morning! Yeah I screwed up BIG time last night. It is SO hard to admit but I am getting more okay with it and moving on. I ate an entire pizza by myself! Dinner is my worst enemy, I HAVE to get back to making and weighing my dinners. I am actually going to get the 30 day fit recipes, I got the food for, and make one tonight. 172 doesn't seem so bad. I was 192.2 this morning and hoping to be 185 by Saturday for my first dress fitting. What group are you doing the challenge in because I have been looking for one and can't find any that are current. That's awesome!! I love horses but I am not brave enough to jump them. My goal is my wedding and honeymoon. I need to do whatever it takes! Going to the gym tonight to start back into my routine. Hoping to get a bag packed for the gym tomorrow morning, just walking in the mornings and doing classes for strength training at night.

Have a terrific Tuesday and no giving up! Persevere and the results WILL happen! emoticon

How is it going? It's going SO well for me. I have just been watching what I eat and tracking it on my calendar at work. Since the 7th of January I have lost 6.4 pounds! I am super excited! I am taking small steps and patting myself on the back. Only 9 more pounds to go till my next goal of 15 pounds down by February 14th, Valentines Day! Now to get into a gym routine. Hope everything is going well for you too! :) Toodles!
