Beginning of a Transformation
I'm in my 20s! I'm young and ready to conquer the world. Yet my health could end up holding me back. At 200 lbs, I am considered OBESE...never thought I would be described this way. As of April, I have no health issues BUT diabetes is prominent from my dad's and mom's side of the family. I want to stray away from sickness as much as I can possibly control. Ultimately, I would like to live a happy, positive, healthy lifestyle and incorporate it in every day of my life.

Weight: 140-146 lbs
Body Fat : 20-23%
Current Weight: 175 lbs (as of 9/1/2013)
Current Body Fat: 36%
My Program:
Whatever I feel like I need to do. I listen to my body. I usually work out in the morning before work, either jogging, strength training, or follow fitness apps on my phone. If I feel like working out after work, then I'll do that as well. After losing over 20 lbs, I have more energy than before so I work out differently than when I first started my weight loss journey.
Personal Information:
I'm from Cincinnati, born and raised. I will graduate from U of Cincy in two years with degrees in Accounting and Information Systems.
Other Information:
Fun Fact: I like to sing and read music. Eventually, I'd like to learn an instrument and actually become fluent.
Fun Fact: I would like to travel across the globe. I've realized I get bored easily in the same environment and traveling to new place will continually challenge me.
Fun Fact: I am very numbers and data oriented. Not exactly a surprise given my majors in college.
