My Program:
1. Eat between less than 2000 calories a day.

2. Exercise at least 3 times a week.

3. Go out of my way to be more active, like parking further from the entrance to the store, playing with my son outside, cleaning more often, or just plain moving around even when there is nothing to do.

4. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.


Personal Information:
I am a full time single mother and I work part time for a call center and am going to school full time to be a paralegal.

Read Mastering Leptin and How Fit is your Fat by Byron Richards
Also read the Leptin Reset by Jack Kruse (he gives you specific instructions on his webpage: www.jackkruse.com
Then follow a Primal or Paleo Diet using the guidelines above! Please keep in touch with your progress!
