My name is Cindy. I am 29. I have been on successful on here a few times previously but life happens and I gave up and gained all the weight back. No more excuses. Time for a permanent change. My Program:
1. Eat between 1500-1800 calories a day

2. Exercise at least 3 times a week.

3. Go out of my way to be more active, like parking further from the entrance to the store, playing with my son outside, cleaning more often, or just plain moving around even when there is nothing to do.

4. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.


Personal Information:
I am a full time single mother and I work full time at a call center. I am also in school part time working on a degree in psychology.

Thanks for your comment on my blog.you are correct about 'fueling' the body properly. And perhaps I wasn't clear. The blog was written in the mindset that you ARE eating well..

THAT is why I say at the end that if you are eating well and exercising you will not burn muscle first. When you are not nurishing your body, absolutely muscle is where is can go. But if you are eating properly, protein is first, followed by carbs and glycogen THEN muscles. I have read LOTS of information on this and have asked several 'professionals'. If you ate absolutely no carbs or protein or fat EVER...then you are right, muscle would go first.

Anyway...thanks for your comment I will add clarification to my blog for future readers.

Thank you thank you thank you! I hadn't even thought of that.

Geez, I don't know why i didn't think of that, but of course I can have the lights off and it will help massively.

I'm also afraid of him feeling my big belly hang...it does and I am so totally motivated to lose it now. but what to do? I am fat now and it doesn't define me, and I deserve love now not 100 lbs from now.....

thanks for reading my blog...yes, I would like to do it just to say I did it and it is a great exercise but I think I have a mental block about it just because it seems the "in" thing to do.
