My Goals:
Now that I have a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) I can see what bad food does to my blood sugar. So my goal is to eat better so that my blood sugar is as stable as I can make it. Also, I need to drink more water and get fit.

My Program:
I'm aiming for 1-2 water bottles at work plus 2 glasses at home at least to start and more when I can wean myself from the Diet Coke. I want to have fruit, veggies, nuts, granola bars, and dairy snacks at work to grab. I'd like to be able to work out at least 3-4 times a week.
