Slacker's regime?

I used to be an outdoorsy person when I was in my teens. But when I hit adulthood, all my energy went into studies and thereafter work. I joined gyms, dance classes, sporting events...but I lose interest a few months later.

I want to stick to my exercise regime this time around - no slacking will be tolerated! Hopefully by being public about my goals (and not to mention the promised beach holiday at the end of the year), I will be able to achieve this!

My Goals:
To look good in that bikini my husband bought me earlier this year!

To be able to climb up 6 floors to my cubicle without feeling all winded up.

To at least take part in one 10km walk/run & complete it within an hour by the end of this year.

My Program:
Thank goodness there's a gym located at the ground floor of my office - I've got no valid reasons not to exercise frequently! Now to just get me down there often enough.....

Woo hoo! Another one from Malaysia. Trying to find me the calories for bak kut teh is a journey. Do you hv any food you have a hard time searching the nutrition facts for?
