It starts again with a challenge at work

Scrapped everything and starting fresh for like, the 3rd time. A few differences from past attempts. First, there is this 10 week weight loss challenge at work which should help. Second, my husband has developed some health issues that require changing his eating habits. Third, is the recurring one. Getting older and bathing suit season coming fast. I know the older I get, the harder getting and staying in shape is. Let's hope the 3rd time is the charm.

My Goals:
Healthy Goal #1:
To lose 10 pounds during the 10 week work challenge that starts March 5, 2012

Healthy Goal #2:
Stick with Planet Fitness 3x/week, Pilates 3/week, lose another 1-3lbs between May 15th and June 22nd

Not relating to health, but a side goal that starts on March 12th, is a 90 day writing program wit ha 2-3 hour/day comminment.

My Program:
Planet Fitness Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Pilates Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

WI Fit randomly, learning to dance on weekends when my husband and I can both practice (probably Sundays)

Personal Information:
I live in New England with my husband and 3 kids.

Other Information:
I LOVE reading. In 2010, I read 90 books (the first time I ever kept track as part of a reading challange). I love paranormal stuff, sci-fi, paranormal romance, time travel stuff, but I also like mysteries, history, and art.

Oh, I write as well. Three novels to date, none of which are publishable yet. Hoping to send out my first manuscript this summer.
