Thanks for stopping by my page, it was great to hear from you! Yes, i do like kettlebells but I haven't worked out with mine in a couple of weeks. Been focusing on DDP Yoga, Pilates and stability ball workouts lately. I like to switch things up so I don't get bored! But I will be going back to kettlebells soon. Thanks for visiting my page! I have heard of Jessica Smith...I actually have one of her workouts. Its a 10 Minute Solutions DVD called Knockout Body Blast (or something like that) and its 5 different cardio kickboxing workouts. I do it from time to time and its a great workout.
