My Goals:
My goal is to lose 15 lbs and just get in better shape and get healthier.

6-12-12...As of today O am just a under 5 lbs from goal. Geez...it only took me a few years!!! Sister sabotage!

My Program:
I am working out 5-6 days a week. I do strength training 2-3 times a week.
I try to stay within 1200-1400 calories a day. Drink lots of water and ugh...coffee

Personal Information:
Crisis worker/former domestic violence shelter advocate.
Married 28 yrs 4 grown childten. 1 grandchild...so far.

Other Information:
Support relay for life. My daughter is a cancer survivor.

Thanks for stopping by my page, it was great to hear from you! Yes, i do like kettlebells but I haven't worked out with mine in a couple of weeks. Been focusing on DDP Yoga, Pilates and stability ball workouts lately. I like to switch things up so I don't get bored! But I will be going back to kettlebells soon. Yes, there are lots of good workouts on Youtube...love the variety! Have a great Wednesday!

Thanks for visiting my page! I have heard of Jessica Smith...I actually have one of her workouts. Its a 10 Minute Solutions DVD called Knockout Body Blast (or something like that) and its 5 different cardio kickboxing workouts. I do it from time to time and its a great workout. I like her, she's a good workout partner!
