My Goals:
My goal is to lose 15 lbs and just get in better shape and get healthier.

6-12-12...As of today I am just a under 5 lbs from goal. Geez...it only took me a few years!!! Sister sabotage!

Goal weight reached.

My Program:
I am working out 5-6 days a week. I do strength training 2-3 times a week.
I try to stay within 1200-1400 calories a day. Drink lots of water and ugh...coffee

Personal Information:
Crisis worker/former domestic violence shelter advocate.
Married 29 yrs 4 grown childten. 1 grandchild...so far.

Other Information:
Support relay for life. My daughter is a cancer survivor.

Success is a Choice

Hi Cindy,
How are you doing? I've missed seeing your posts and hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family. I managed to do a 2 mile turkey trot walk that morning and had a lovely dinner at my youngest son's that evening. It was fun. I have been dealing with some health issues lately but on the mend so back posting. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! emoticon

Happy Halloween to you! (Almost LOL)
I'm hanging in here. Hoping things have settled down for you? I have my grandson the nest 2 days and looking forward to hin trick or treating in my neighborhood. He's 4 so old enough to really enjoy it. Hoping we don't get rained on as it's to rain the next couple of days here.
