I'm a stay at home mom of three. I started my journey to get my pre-kids body back about 4 years ago. I started at 199.5lb and got as low as 136.5lbs. I am leveled out at a range of 141.5-145.5lbs. I thought I was going to be so unhappy at this range after loosing all that weight.... But, as my husband pointed out.... I'm more toned in muscle than last year too. Plus, with an ever on going a battle of IBS it will be an ever on going battle of weight too. I realized that's ok.... I look and ...

My Goals:
* Maintain my IBS

* Attempt to teach my kids to be healthy

My Program:
I generally exercise 4-5 days week in some shape or form. I'm no sweat queen or gym rat :-) I do love to vary my exercises to keep from getting board though. I'm big on vitamins as they have helped me a lot with my IBS and over all health. I've also recently adopted a "strict" eating policy..... it's were I pay attention more closely to what triggers my IBS, how much of that food (if any) I can eat before it's triggered, and eat appropriately for my IBS.

Personal Information:
My name is Jessie. I'm a mother, wife, country girl and beginner homesteader. I live in a small town of about 400 people at the base of a canyon in Southern Utah. I live on a small piece of land (.5 of an acre) with my family and dogs. I'm a long time gardener who never stops learning, a self taught sewer, and a beginner at crochet.... among so much more! I LOVE to walk and hike the best. Am an avid reader too.

Other Information:
My favorite books include The Little House Series and historical romances.

My favorite foods are Italian and Mexican and anything fresh.

I love being a homemaker to my family.
