Just retired from 40 years at NASA. Now it's time to get healthy.


GET BMI BELOW OBESE
Water Aerobics 3 x week
Weight Training 2 x week
Elliptical 2 x week
Log my food every day
Work on getting completely on the Dash Diet.

I'm logging what I eat every day.

I'm exercising more.

Cutting salt

Eating whole grains and good fats

Thanks so much for your sweet message on my right/wrong blog. I think the biggest thing for me was tracking sodium. I thought I was eating low sodium until I actually tracked it. I try to keep around 1500 mg now. emoticon
