Finally reach my goal of 150 pounds by consistently eating healthy foods, and exercising daily.


GET BMI BELOW OBESE
Average 60 minutes fitness per day.
Cardio: Rowing, elliptical, stationary bike, and walking.
Strength training five days a week.

No fried foods
Eating whole grains and good fats

I did well. They had roasted a pig in a box, plus chicken and beef brisket. I took just a little pork and beef, but probably 3 ounces of chicken. I had some asparagus and just a bite of a quinoa salad - and no birthday cake! It was a fun party, with lots of kids and lots of dogs, in the backyard of a house near Lake Tahoe. There were some beautiful views. I'm happy. emoticon

Thank you for the well wishes, my face is quite swollen and sore today, will be on a liquid diet for 2 days, then a soft diet for 3, should be good for a little weight loss this Wed, lol! Have a great week end! emoticon
