To become less concerned with what people might be thinking, and less upset by negative things others may say.
Never guess what others might be thinking. Value Yourself Live your own life Make your own choices. Value your own opinions. Choose to associate mostly with positive people who support you. and don't care what people think or say about you, you know who you are.
Celeste', I am sure you are right in large part. When I was in St. Croix, we walked...mostly at a stroll...for most of 3 hrs in the ministry every morning. I had NO idea it was working on my health..I didn't consider it exercise. It helped keep my blood sugars in line and my weight under control. That was something of an eye opener when I realized that much later. I DO think the walking...and stair climbing...I do now has a lot to do with the slow success. I especially think so since I bumped up from 10000 steps to 5 miles...usually around 11500. steps. Fitbit has helped a lot in keeping me moving. Thanks for posting on the blog. Thinking of you more than you know! Love you!
