My Goals:
I realized at my grandmother’s funeral if I followed her pattern I could live another 50 or more years. My goal is to be healthy so that I may to enjoy them. That means losing weight and to stop making excuses for not doing the things I enjoy.

My Program:
My doctor recommended the South Beech Plan. I am using the nutrition tracker to help me keep on plan.
Personal Information:
I am a native of Denver, CO and except for college and 2 years in FL I have always lived here.
I will acknowledge my 25th anniversary in May and my divorce will be final shortly after that. I will be 53 the end of August. No kids, but share my life with a black cat.
Other Information:
I am high priestess of a Celtic Tradition coven and have been for more than 25 years. I officially began my path 39 years ago this October. In addition to my day job, I teach witchcraft, Irish Myth, Irish History, & meditation in my local community.
My faith surrounds & supports me and makes the rest of my life workable and worthwhile.
I have an MS in Parapsychology & a DoD (Doctor of Divinity). Which have no bearing what so ever on my day job, but come in really handy in my real life.
I am an avid reader, particularly of Sci-Fi/Fantasy. I love to garden, watch tons of Hockey when it’s in season and embroidery while watching TV or movies at home.
