healthy eating
I want to start eating regularly - at this point I don't care if they are healthy or not - I need to remember to eat each day and not fall into bed realizing I've only had a handful of grapes, couple slices of cheese, and a brownie.

My Goals:
My current goal is to be well and able to do all the reps on my workout DVD.
I would also like to start eating regularly. Exercising has decreased my appetite.
My Program:
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do Tamilee Webb's I Want That Body (progams 1 only).
