My Goals:
Improved health and balance; both body and mind.

My Program:
Eat whole, fresh, nutritious foods, keeping the carbohydrates complex and the fats healthy.

- I'm done eating foods that aren't good for me!

Embrace moving my body in ways I enjoy.

- I'm done spending so much time on the sofa!

Practice mindfulness.

Personal Information:
During my late teens I was very underweight. I increased my calorie intake during my early twenties. By the time I was in my late twenties I was obese. Then I became pregnant and gained even more. Yikes!

I'm now in my thirties, aiming to reach and maintain a healthy weight for me, without striving for a specific number on a scale.

At times I experience going through bouts of anxiety and insomnia that leaves me too exhausted to enjoy living as actively as I would like. When this happens I need to breathe deeply and live gently.
