Hi there! Hope you are doing well. I am not on SP as much as I used to be, but I really should get into the habit of it again. I have definitely gained weight back, and that whole living a healthy life thing is pretty rough right now. How have you been?

Everything is going well. I know I didn't update my Sparkpage and that I'm not around but I'm still training 3 times a week since the beginning of January. I have to keep on adjusting what I eat, but I take that slowly. So far, no big results on the scale (because I was eating too much), but I feel more in shape and I feel healthier.
I hope everything is going well for you. By looking at your weight ticker, I see that since the beginning, you have great results! Keep on going =)
