My Goals:
Jog a 5k! (Accomplished 2/25/2013) Jog a second 5k!
My Program:
Tracking my exercise on SparkPeople using my Fitbit. Tracking my food using Weight Watchers' PointsPlus. I'm not very good at tracking, so I'm trying my best to make this habit stick. After successfully jogging a 5k, I'm going to build up towards a new exercise schedule of 10,000 steps a day.
Personal Information:
I'm 28 years old and I want to turn 30 feeling proud of myself.
Other Information:
I love READING! I enjoy jogging, walking, easy yoga and easy hiking. I enjoy sweets and I also like vegetables and fruits. When I learn to eat in moderation I will be a very happy person.
