My Goals:
I want to maintain my weight and keep physically fit.
My Program:
I try to work out at least 6 days a week. I run/walk almost every day and do strength training every other day.
I was using the bodybugg system where I burned 2000 calories a day but it broke. It was a great tool while it lasted.
I try to log everything I eat and all my exercise.

I live in Georgia.

I love spending time with my family, keeping active and reading.
