Workaholic and making life fun again.

Im 36yrs old and a father of 2. Married to my wonderfull wife for 14 yrs now. I am constantly working and having a hard time to ballance family life with work. There just isnt enough hrs or energy in a day. Used to lift 6 days a week untill my joints starting getting damaged. I would like to get back down to 275lbs that is when i looked and felt the best.

Hey Chad!

Just a FYI-started working on building the butt project! LOL I've upped my protein intake recently. I went on a 2 week break because I had a dance comp in the middle of it and needed down time.

I appreciate you spurring conversation on the team. I enjoy talking with other trainers about their personal fitness goals.
