My main forms of exercise are Leslie Sansone walking DVDs. I also love dance workouts, and have started using stregth-training videos as well (many on YouTube).

My first goal was to lose 10 lbs, which I did, then lost another 5 lbs. Unfortunately, I put all of this weight back on. I was honestly so surprised that I had lost my first 10 lbs that I didn't know what to do. I lost focus...

In response to your post on 'Your Leslie Sansone' ~ don't think about this as loosing weight, think about it as just getting healthy. That's what I'm doing ~ I'm getting healthy and if I loose weight along the way that's a double bonus!
