My Goals:
I have set several goals for myself.
I am going on vacation in April of next year and I am tired of being the heaviest person on the beach .

I am determined to get this extra weight off and maintain my weight. I am currently doing medifast and have lost 22 pounds since May. And I LOVE IT! I have learned alot about myself and I continue to do so everyday.


My Program:
I am currently doing medifast and have lost 22 pounds since May. And I LOVE IT! I have learned alot about myself and I continue to do so everyday.

I have been working out 4-5 days a week. Now that the local pool is open I go every Sunday.

M- Wii Fit and Walk

T- Walk

W-Hip Hop Abs/Zumba

Thursday- walk wii fit

-Friday-off day sometimes I will take a brisk walk at lunch

Saturday- Hip Hop Abs/Zumba

Sunday weather permitting we go to the pool.



Personal Information:
I am from Pennsylvania.

I have a great support system and this really helps me out.
