Hi C-T Hmmm... advice... the main thing for doing NoS over the long haul is that you will probably drift at some point. Come back as soon as you notice it. Do not delay. And work the program as it is written. Be patient. Have special things on S days and don't over-restrict on N days. Time will take care of many things if you just stick with it, and keep coming back to it. You can reboot your day at 2pm or whenever. You don't have to wait, just wait until the next meal.
