I Am A Fighter, I Am A Warrior, I will Not Give Up Or Give IN!!!!

Hello and welcome to my page. I started out here on SP weighing 205 in September 2011. I wanted to lose 60 in a year. Well I lost 20 pounds by the end of 2011 with adding exercising and eating more fruit and vegetables. Now I feel I can lose the rest with time and effort.

I am married to a very supportive man and with his help I think I can do this. I love to cook and he inspires me to make low cal meals.

Hello and welcome to my page. I started out here on SP weighing 205 in September 2011. I wanted to lose 60 in a year. Well I lost 20 pounds by the end of 2011 with adding exercising and eating more fruit and vegetables. Now I feel I can lose the rest with time and effort.

I am married to a very supportive man and with his help I think I can do this. I love to cook and he inspires me to make low cal meals.

I challenge myself to make better choices to become stronger healthier and a better person. I find that pushing myself to be healthier every day is practical. I use steaks to motivate myself.

In 2012 I started to slow down with my weight loss, I was not eating right. I was exercising more but ate about the same as when I was not trying to lose. So I would try to stay on track and some days I did but some day I was off. I Started paying attention to what I ate and stayed on track more I lost 16 pounds in 2013.

September 2013 marked the start of year 3 with Spark People, I have not been doing to well staying on track but made up my mind this would be the year to do better.

July 2014 I am more determined then ever to get rid of this weight. I have talked to my hubby and asked for his help in this fight of being over weight. He is going to help me in any way I need and together we will lose weight and get healthier!!

September 19, 2014 marks 3 years with Spark People I have lost 45 pounds so far and learned to love exercising. I walk most every day and do strength training 3 times a week. I am improving how I eat and staying in my calorie allotment for the day. I look forward to getting healthier and healthier every day.

My Program:
Eat three meals and two snack staying in calorie allotment. I eat lean meats like chicken and fish, no red meat,vegetables and fruit. Whole wheat bread Don't forget your dairy. Limit processed foods and sweets Exercise 6 days a week,walking most every day.

Hi Kathryn. To answer about our back patio. We don't use it during the cold months, it's enclosed just to have a place for a training pad for our dog so she doesn't have to go out in the snow! Well, she would NEVER go out in the snow, lol. We put our blue boxes and a refuse can out there too, that way I don't have to go out in the bitter cold and snow to put out garbage!

It is cold on the patio but no snow or wind, much better! No, no reason to put a heater out there. A lot of work to enclose it for the cold months . . . every year!!
