I Am A Fighter, I Am A Warrior, I will Not Give Up Or Give IN!!!!

Hello and welcome to my page. I started out here on SP weighing 210 in September 2011. I wanted to lose 60 in a year. Well I lost 20 pounds by the end of 2011 with adding exercising and eating more fruit and vegetables. Now I feel I can lose the rest with time and effort.

I am married to a very supportive man and with his help I think I can do this. I love to cook and he inspires me to make low cal meals.

Hello and welcome to my page. I started out here on SP weighing 210 in September 2011. I wanted to lose 60 in a year. Well I lost 20 pounds by the end of 2011 with adding exercising and eating more fruit and vegetables. Now I feel I can lose the rest with time and effort.

I am married to a very supportive man and with his help I think I can do this. I love to cook and he inspires me to make low cal meals.

I challenge myself to make better choices to become stronger healthier and a better person. I find that pushing myself to be healthier every day is practical. I use steaks to motivate myself.

In 2012 I started to slow down with my weight loss, I was not eating right. I was exercising more but ate about the same as when I was not trying to lose. So I would try to stay on track and some days I did but some day I was off. I Started paying attention to what I ate and stayed on track more I lost 16 pounds in 2013.

September 2013 marked the start of year 3 with Spark People, I have not been doing to well staying on track but made up my mind this would be the year to do better.

July 2014 I am more determined then ever to get rid of this weight. I have talked to my hubby and asked for his help in this fight of being over weight. He is going to help me in any way I need and together we will lose weight and get healthier!!

September 19, 2014 marks 3 years with Spark People I have lost 37 pounds so far and learned to love exercising. I walk most every day and do strength training 3 times a week. I am improving how I eat and staying in my calorie allotment for the day. I look forward to getting healthier and healthier every day.

Jan. 2015 I gained and lost and gained and lost through out 2014 but was able to keep off and extra 5 pounds. I am going to do better this year by staying in my calorie range most every day. I am making daily changes in how and what I eat. Making healthier choices in what I eat and how much exercise I do. I am doing a 90 day change, a Small changes challenge, and a 21 day binge free streak. You would say that this year I am really working on it.

My Goals:

My Program:
I do things my way-I eat breakfast every morning favored oatmeal made with water. For 10 am snack have two cups Starbucks coffee with sugar free syrup and non fat milk and a cake pop. Lunch is 1/2 turkey deli sandwich with mayo and mustard, one stock celery with salsa and an orange. 33:00 pm snack is 1/4 cup mixed nuts and an 80 calorie yogurt. Dinner is a protein shake like Slim fast.
I exercise every day by doing at least 60 push ups at a time and taking a 1/2 hour walk. I also do strength training 3 times a week.

I want to thank you so much for commenting on my recent BLOG that was featured here at Spark People. If in any way I have been able to inspire or motivate you, then I am most pleased. Since reaching my goal weight I have made it a goal to help as many others as I can with their goals to lose weight and get fit.
For me, making new goals (challenges) is what keeps me accountable, maintaining and healthy. It feels awesome!
