I Am A Fighter, I Am A Warrior, I will Not Give Up Or Give IN!!!!

Hello and welcome to my page. I started out here on SP weighing 210 in September 2011. I wanted to lose 60 in a year. Well I lost 20 pounds by the end of 2011 with adding exercising and eating more fruit and vegetables and eating way less fast food and junk food.

I am married to a very supportive man who is also losing weight and with his help I think I can do this. I love to cook and he inspires me to make low cal meals.

Hello and welcome to my page. I started out here on SP weighing 210 in September 2011. I wanted to lose 60 in a year. Well I lost 20 pounds by the end of 2011 with adding exercising and eating more fruit and vegetables and eating way less fast food and junk food.

I am married to a very supportive man who is also losing weight and with his help I think I can do this. I love to cook and he inspires me to make low cal meals.

I challenge myself to make better choices to become stronger healthier and a better person. I find that pushing myself to be healthier every day is practical. I use steaks to motivate myself and count my calories.

In 2012 I started to slow down with my weight loss, I was not eating right. I was exercising more but ate about the same as when I was not trying to lose. So I would try to stay on track and some days I did but some days I went over my daily allotment. I lost 16 pounds in 2013.

September 19, 2014 marks 3 years with Spark People I have lost 37 pounds so far and learned to love exercising. I walk most every day and do strength training 3 times a week.

Jan. 2015 I gained and lost and gained and lost through out 2014 but was able to keep off an extra 5 pounds. I am going to do better this year by staying in my calorie range most every day. I am making daily changes in how and what I eat. Making healthier choices in what I eat and how much exercise I do.

March 15, 2015 have lost over 43 pounds since starting on Spark People.

My Program:
I do things my way- I eat 5 light meals a day never letting myself get hungry. I love fresh fruit and raw vegetables. I eat mainly chicken and vegetables, with a little cheese and yogurt throw in. I eat 1/4 cup mixed nuts a day.
I exercise every day by doing a 1/2 hour to an hour long walk.







Personal Information:
I live in Sacramento Ca with my hubby of 10 1/2 years. He is also working to lose weight too and is helping me stay on track.

I am slowly getting out of the vacation mind set. Working on my pictures have two scrap books to do one for me and one for my brother who planned our wonderful trip. A fun quote comes to mind for me to day as tidy things up. In every job there is an element of fun find the fun, and snap the is a game Mary Poppins. Now to find the fun in cleaning house emoticon
