To stop starting over you have to stop quitting!
I have been here before and decided that to express my recommitment and refocus, I needed a new start and a new page. I am hoping that small changes will add up to big results. I was most likely always slightly overweight my whole life but college lead to a huge gain. After graduate school, I tried many different approaches to lose weight and found that the standard less food more movement worked best. I have been here before and decided that to express my recommitment and refocus, I needed a new start and a new page. I am hoping that small changes will add up to big results. I was most likely always slightly overweight my whole life but college lead to a huge gain. After graduate school, I tried many different approaches to lose weight and found that the standard less food more movement worked best. I find that I will do well for a period of time then a set back will cause me to gain. Most recently I lost around 50 lbs in 2011 and was able to keep it off during 2012 but didn't lose but a couple of pounds overall. I spent the year going slightly up and down but am actually proud that I didn't completely abadon the program and gain it all back. I want to find an excerise that I love. This is going to be one of my biggest challenges. I am hoping that making friends along the way through this will help give me the push I need. Any help is always appreciated.

My Program:
I am logging my food and trying to check calories before I eat it. I am trying to incorporate some type of exercise at least 4 days a week. I hope to start walking regularly and would love to start running eventually.
