My Program:
Eat 5 - 10 servings of vegetables and fruits a day.

Hi There! I saw your post on the boards about the Nutrition Tracker going back in time to July 2000. I have a suggestion for you. When I first joined Spark I did not know about the recipe calculator on Spark Recipes and was doing what you are doing which is entering all ingredients separately into my NT each day. HUGE hassle! Check out the recipe calculator. It's emoticon

I liked your comment on the grains post :)

I don't think Dr. Davis, a wealthy cardiologist needs to make things up just to sell books to make more money. If all he wanted was to make more money he wouldn't be interested in making people healthy he would keep them sick so he could perform costly surgeries and have them as his patients for the rest of their lives!

I don't know why people care so much whether I eat grains, but they do. It can be annoying.
