My Goals:
My main goal is to be happy, healthy, strong and as alive as I can be.

My Program:
I don't have a specific program. I think about and watch what I eat. I do lots of different things to get my exercise. Running and hiking are the biggies. I also love biking, camping and kayaking.

Personal Information:
Some where along this journey I became a runner. I would like to run a Half-Marathon in 2013.

5k PR = 27:00 (better then I ever thought I could do)

10k PR = 61:31 (would like to get under 60)

A half-marathon? That's wonderful! I hope you do and that you enjoy it. Thank you for the encouragement. I know I've got what it takes. I just need to do it. The last 3 days have gone good! ;) I think the support of sparkpeople again may be just what I need. I'll be making my comeback! :)
