My main goal is to be happy, healthy, strong and as alive as I can be.
I don't have a specific program. I think about and watch what I eat. I do lots of different things to get my exercise. Running and hiking are the biggies. I also love biking, camping and kayaking. Winter is time for snow shoes and XC skis.

Dee, after my full in October, I felt pretty beat up, even though I was high on the accomplishment. I have been struggling getting back to training, and setting goals for 2017, I have two HMs in April and May, and I am just going to have FUN, without pressure of time. One is at Disney during a conference, so FUN is what I get!!
I start training today! It will be minimal, just to keep the fitness up. I just returned from hiking and running in AZ, so that gets me motivated.
Keep up the great work, you are an inspiration.
