My main goal is to be happy, healthy, strong and as alive as I can be.
My Program:
I don't have a specific program. I think about and watch what I eat. I do lots of different things to get my exercise. Running and hiking are the biggies. I also love biking, camping and kayaking.
Personal Information:
Some where along this journey I became a runner. I would like to run a Half-Marathon in 2013. 5k PR = 27:00 (better then I ever thought I could do) 10k PR = 61:31 (would like to get under 60) Life is Good!
