My goals are to get in better shape so that I can enjoy life, travel, paint, learn new things and LIVE.
I am pretty much using the counting calorie method as used here on the nutrition page. I like it that I can see how much protein, carbs and fats are consumed during the day so I can plan my day accordingly.
I am a retired art teacher with 7 part time jobs and loving it! I am devoting more of my time to be an artist and selling my work.
