My Goals:
I want to lose enough weight that my back will stop hurting and I can buy clothes at stores, rather than online. The ultimate goal is to be down to 200 by the time I turn 40 (a little over a pound each week).

My Program:
I started following a Ketogenic diet in May 2013. While weight loss has been slower than I expected, my blood sugar levels have dropped into normal ranges and I seem to have more energy.

Personal Information:
I live in Alton, Illinois (just outside of St. Louis, Missouri).

Other Information:
I am living with Fibromyalgia, which does impact the amount or type of exercise I can do from day to day. However, I have learned consistent exercise helps with my flexibility and fibro pain.

I used to do water aerobics but found that I always dreaded going to the pool and I hate getting dressed after swimming....I have found that seated exercise works best for me.

Rather than cutting out your eating out, why don't you just limit it to once a pay period (so that would be about twice a month). That's what we've done, and it's worked out great.

I've also found some copycat recipes to make my favorite dishes from restaurants, so we still get the taste of the food without paying an arm and a leg. Plus, I enjoy cooking, so it gives me fun new recipes to try out.
