I wanted to pop in to wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving! I know many of us will be very busy this week as we get ready for a day of counting Blessings and feasting. Try to be good to yourself. emoticon emoticon I'm not a fan of denying yourself the wonderful goodies of the season but I do think remembering portion control and just getting some exercise in will go a long ways towards keeping us all track. Enjoy!

Hi Charle, I wanted to make sure you are invited to our Halloween trail walk along the Fox river starting at Peabody Park on Oct. 19th at 2 PM. We'll meet at the shelter house and go from there. We'll fol.ow the river trail back to the old Riverside Cemetery and see Kate Blood's grave and then the many shrines along the river. We'll climb a bit of an incline that leads up to the cemetery and then take Pacific over to the the street that leads back to the Park. It should give us all a good workout and a fun afternoon getting to know each other. I hope you can join us! emoticon emoticon
