Mini Goal: 1.) Lose 5% of weight or 12 pounds. Achieved:
Exercise daily. (Even if it is only ten minutes. Gradually building up to 30 minutes daily.)
Limit Computer time.
Limit the times I eat breakfast or dinner out.
Plan my meals. (No more excuses, like being tired.)
No snacks after 8 p.m.
Bedtime no later than 11 p.m.
Married 45 years, Three grown and married children. Have 8 grandsons, ranging from 5 through 12, who love to romp with grandma (ma). They are the joys of my life! I need to get healthy for them.
Interests: Sewing and crocheting. Am addicted to the computer.
