I just retired and have been a member of a health club for 15 months and do aerobics classes 3 - 6 days per week. I have toned up, but have lost no weight. After I exercise, I get hungry and eat all the calories I burned off. I need some structure with food consumption!

I am working out at the gym 1-2 hours daily with an occasional mile with my dog, Bennie. On nice days I am also working in the yard.

Also, I am faithfully tracking my foods. Watching calories has been a huge motivator.

It's the office rent and internet that aren't paid - I don't know how long they'll keep letting me stay in here. The owner of the company is in the hospital in Michigan - I have no way to move anything alone. The company is desperately struggling to survive - hasn't paid me in 4 months - that's why I'm living on cash advances while we try to make it go. I've almost used up the credit lines. Have no contacts and no prospects to do anything else. I can't "give up" the internet - it is my lifeline to SparkPeople and the only way I can do my job. It is also the only way people can try to look for work these days - so it is a lifeline however I look at it. Trying to keep on keeping on. Thanks for caring.

You are SO SO SO blessed to have the resources to retire and survive. Thank God every day for that miracle in your life.

Hello, your user name caught my eye while reading someones comment or something, guessing 1947 was when you were born, me too! I am fairly new to SP and am enjoying just everything about it! Have dropped 20 lbs since beginning on Jan 1st this yr and hope to lose anothe 50. Can you please tell me WHERE you found the icon that is your profile pic, the ILOST 20 lbs thing? I can't find it and several other members were unable to tell me. Do you have to be tracking your food to find this? I am not doing that, don't understand a lot about it. Hoping for a reply, thanks and I hope you continue to reach for your goals...
