Starting Again date: 13.04.14. Hm. Exactly a month after my original start date. Maybe #13 is unlucky for some but lucky for me? Or maybe that's my mistake, starting this whole new journey on the 13th? Anyhow, I'm the one in control of my luck .....

Why am I back? Why did I leave? Well, I got side-tracked. I'm nearing the end of uni so hand-ins have been coming and going and continue to do so. I'm going to be as good as I can in tracking every I eat/drink, no matter what it is. I'm now a non-meat eater - although I do eat fish, eggs and diary products. And the particular reasons I'm back today is because of a few realisations: My legs hurt (feel swollen) when I sit for too long (studying!); I saw swollen purple-y flesh by my knee; my veins are prominent on my legs; and, for the first time ever, I have noticeable cellulite! Never have these been my reasons before - never truly health related - but this time it is! Once university is done (June) I will focus on upping my exercise too, but for now I want to get my eating under control - and drinking i.e. sugary hot drinks.


My title explained:
This is my road to losing weight and reaching my first spark goal of 161lbs, in October 2014, which coincides with me leaving university - well, just after - and getting a 'proper' job. Actually, finally growing up! :/ .. The weight loss will lead to me being a much more happy, healthy and confident person who goes for it - to stop thinking twice.
Time to find freedom, to gain freedom and to be ME! A person who I want to be :)

My Program:
Do you know what, I always get caught up in this. Up until June my program will be just to track everything/anything that enters my mouth. And to stick within my 1200-1550 cals goal.

Exercise will be a bonus, however, once uni is over I'll look at my exercise and work towards being fit.
