I'm a SAHM of 4. I'm looking forward to finally getting healthy and learning to stay that way. It's never been easy for me but I'm not looking for easy this time. :) I've been a member a while but restarted using SP again after Christmas 2012.

My Program:
I have always jumped on the "latest diet fad" band wagon. Not this time. For now, I am learning to make healthier meals, choosing more fresh produce and avoiding prepackaged garbage. I am also walking on a treadmill until spring and starting some light strength training.
