A very different goal than I shot for last time. But I think it fits me better, I'd look like BAMF.

I first started Sparkpeople in late 2010 and had tremendous success, going from 214-139lbs... However, I did not maintain very long, finding it difficult to find the happy medium between losing and gaining weight. This was back when I was living at home. 4 or 5 years ago, my brother and I got an apartment together. During this period, I've returned a few times when I get sick of looking at the same body I had so expertly shed back once. The best I did was get down to 190. I planned to go lower still, but the disaster struck.

I knew I've had undiagnosed depression for a long time. I didn't realize how bad it was. When my brother got married and moved out a year ago, the depression sent me spiraling down worse than ever before. I finally got help. I'm finally supplementing my body with the medicine I need and am seeing a therapist. She's helped show me that the medicine alone is not enough, I have to take care of my mind, body and soul. So this time around, I'm gonna do it. I'm not trying to get to 139. Considering I'm 6', 170lbs is just as healthy a weight and easier to maintain. Now, I'm gonna shoot for the satellites, but I plan to touch the stars.

3 days running on the street, three days different days at the gym (cardio & full body strength).
