I just read your story about losing 100 lbs. Your 10 tips were great! You're truly an inspiration to me. I too have about 100-120 lbs to lose. I'm just getting started (again) and I'm hoping that this time will be the last, the lasting change. Your advice about each day being a new day was excellent advice. It's often easy to have a bad day and say " oh well, I blew it" and proceed to blow it day after day. Thank you emoticon
