I'm ready to work at changing my lifestyle!
Jan 2010 update: Weighed in & took my measurements on Jan. 1st. 1/2 marathon training officially begins on January 3rd. The plan? Eat within range, follow the running program, lose 40 pounds in the first 1/2 of the year. Ready to get started!

My Goals:
2010 Goals Run 1/2 marathon in May. Lose 40 pounds by the end of June. I'll set the rest of 2010 goals later.
My Program:
I revised a 12 week 1/2 marathon training program into a 19 week program.

I live in Ohio. My husband & I have 3 grown children.
