My Goals:
1) Lose 100 pounds and get my knees replaced.
2) Lose an additional 50 pounds (ideal weight, more or less).
3) Walk 5 miles.
4) Play a full round of golf while walking and carrying my own bag (and breaking 90).
5) Maintain a positive attitude.
6) Take responsibility for myself.

My Program:
Portion Control.
Up the Veggies every day.
Exercise 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes a day doing treadmill and stationary bike work. (Still working on the strength plan . . . .)
