Chel's Spark!

I started Sparking in 2013 and did pretty well with it. Then, I went on a vacation with my husband Andrew, and not long after we came back, we discovered we were expecting our first child. We had our baby at the end of May, and now, it's time to start getting back in shape. I had an emergency C-section after laboring without an epidural, and I'm breastfeeding our son Kaius. I am here, yes, to work on the baby weight, but to start getting back into that pattern of taking care of myself ...

I really let myself go when I was pregnant...I had horrid morning sickness that brought my exercise and everything to a screeching halt. I feel so weak compared to where I was. I have to go back to work in a month, so I need my energy and my strength back.
