I am back again and I am going to try harder than the last couple of times....

Ok so I came back to Spark a few days ago and the introduction text was a rant about myself and how I feel. I reread it again and realized that I was a wee bit harsh on myself. I want to lose this weight...I have tried many times before and do good for about 10-20 pounds and then BAM! I sabotage everything I worked so hard for to get there! I have tried almost everything to get to where I want to be but I keep messing things up. I really need to take on a different mind set this time and ...

I really need to take on a different mind set this time and realize that we all make mistakes and mess up but stopping that habit of giving up when I do is what I need to do this time!!! One day at a time, one meal at a time and one step at a time is how I am going to do this, this time for the last time!

My Goals:
To stop eating sugary and salty foods.
To get down 50 pounds by next summer
To stay on track all the time
To make it to the end this time
To not give up!!!!


My Program:
I am going to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. Track my food as much as possible but if I can't make the good choices. No junk food!! Can't even have a little or I eat a lot. Be accountable for what I eat, what I do and what I say!

Other Information:
I love my family which includes my hubby, 2 children and 3 amazing
grandchildren. I need to get my eating under control and my weight down so I can be here for them as long as possible.
