My Goals:
My goals are to be fit, healthy in 2014 and lose weight. I have reached the goal of cutting back on blood pressure meds and I am no longer on cholesterol meds. Now to work on losing this extra "fluffiness".

My Program:
Lots of walking on my treadmill, circuit training w/Denise Austin, Tae Bo some days, Leslie Sansone, and making wise choices in what I eat. Eat less sugar/carbs/salt.

Personal Information:
I am a 60 yr old church secretary, married with a daughter in her 40's. I live in IL.



Other Information:
Sing on the Worship team at church, Teach the 3rd-5th grades in Sunday School with DH, cross-stitch, stamp when I can find time. Love doing crafts alone or with the kiddos!

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I'm a Flybaby, too, and enjoy using those routines to reach my goals. Sometimes it's easier said than done, but I'm going to keep trying and flying.
